Answer:
Objective: To secure a full time position, In which i can provide my current skills, knowledge and understanding as well as be challenged so that i may further improve not only myself but the employer i am working for. I am an assertive, self motivated person, I work best when i am challenged and given opportunity to improve. something allong those lines...... You cannot use the word "grow" to you it sounds good, but when an employer sees the word "grow" they they think of someone that needs more training (which is not usually what they are looking for). Also children "grow" not adults. an adult is a fully grown tree that needs not grow but needs room to spread its branches.

How 'bout: To obtain a position where I can utilize my clerical skills and experience in order to provide optimal assistance while solidifying the client experience resulting in referrals. I dunno if you'll like it, but it's worked for me....*Good Luck* ;]
1. be specific. what type of company, medical? so, say medical facility. you can change the company and have 5 different resumes. 2. to secure a position demonstrating my knowledge in all phases of medical office administration.

you should go with that one, it sounds progessional and also shows a possibility of staying with the company for a while, which I believe alot of companies look for.

try "personal growth" instead of "help me grow" .....That's right on the money!!!! Good Luck!!!!

What you have sounds good. You could even say "To secure a position..." And then add "to help me grow as an individual"

Your objective is so vague it doesn't tell you how you are going to impact the company. The one you have is all about what they are going to do for you. Something such as "To obtain a position were my keen eye for detail and prioritizing will allow me to contribute to greater department efficiency."

That sounds very good to me.

Resume Objective. 1.- A well written resume objective will get you noticed A “Career Summary” or “Profile” is one of the most decisive components of Easyjob’s resume writing methodology. This short statement highlights your abilities and facilitates in a great degree the “high-speed resume scanning” that human resources personnel have to do. Because a single job posting might attract thousands of resumes, yours has to get noticed by this short professional biography of no more than ten lines. The goal of this section is to show a hard-hitting opening statement packed with your skills, abilities, personal attributes and accomplishments. Depending on the job-search situation that you have selected from the several options given by EasyJob Resume Builder software, this statement should include also your career objective. The most effective profile is that targeted on one career goal. If you have more than one possible objective, you must consider drafting different versions for your resume objectives. Keep in mind that this section helps the hiring manager determine if you should be called for an interview. 2.- Before you start to write your resume Never work alone--pay attentions on the social-network. The social-network is fatal factor for your work present and future. Good scoial-network can improve your efficiecy, not only on the work itself but also good for your entire future career path.(job-hunting, recruit, professional personal development etc. The Free Insiders Referral Network of Jobs http://rds.yahoo.com/_ylt=A0oGkmPLtLlH0m... is such a tool for your to build such useful network. To expand and enhence your social-network and make it more useful, just go and check it up. Include also a note of your career achievements to show your dedication to results. 3.- Resume writing example Now, here is one of the Profile examples that you can find: “Master of Business Administration with substantial experience as Operation Manager. Proven ability to provide the highest level of corporate services while consistently reducing expenditures. Fully knowledgeable in all aspects of warehousing, purchasing, security, facilities planning, staff management and cost control. Bilingual English and Spanish. Established competitive bidding for maintenance contracts reducing 30% overhead costs and increasing service quality.”
