What are some high paying careers (above 30,000 per yr)that you don't have to have a four year degree for?

Animation is a very easy degree pays like 40,000-45,000

plumbers, carpenters, mechanics, painters, & depending on where you go, paramedics sometimes make 30+ a year. (you must also factor in cost of living, expenses, location, etc.)

Heyhey! This is kind of random, and i wouldnt do it (as i am 3 years into my degreE!) but apparently bus drivers (Australia) get paid pretty good, you'd be surprised! Id say Seattle, WA will be similar? Not sure! They get paid $20 an hour, which for 9am-5pm, 5 days a week will make you $800 a week - Which works out to, give or take, $41600 a year =] Theres alot fo jobs that pay $20 an hour, whithout study, from office work, admin, tellicommunication, so so much, just need to look around =] Good luck!

In seattle? Try to get in with microsoft or Boeing. also the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard has potential, my friend works there and makes $36/hour and he has no more than a GED (and he's 23)\ Other than that you might wanna try car sales. I know it sounds like a bad idea but if you have a knack for it you could make un told amounts if money. My boyfriend works at a car dealer in Bremerton, WA and he just made $7000 this month.

maby you should look into apprenticeship programs you get payed while u learn ... and the future job isn't to bad also?? most of them pay over 30k... if not whell over more.

I make more than that and I am a nurse. I am an LPN and went to school for one year.

In Seattle... you could play for the SuperSonics. You could play for the Seahawks. You could play for the Mariners. I would imagine all these jobs/employment opportunities would pay well over $30,000 a year.
