Had an interview at home depot,took a drug test and still no call from home depot yet??

    Call the store and ask to speak to the HR supervisor, Thats the best way to go (call the store phone # and when the voice prompts start hit "0" and you'll either get the service desk or the store operator, just ask for the Human Resources Supervisor) let him or her know of your concerns and I'm sure if they got your drug test back they'll tell you to come in for orientation. If you don't do drugs you have nothing to worry about.

It takes about 48 hours for them to get the results back, so you just need to be patient.

I don't think I've ever interviewed for a job where the people hiring actually called back when they said they would. I would wait until tomorrow before calling. I'm not sure how drug testing works, but it seems like it would take more than two days for the results to be processed.

They will call you. I worked for them years ago and it took a week to hear back and about a week before I started orientation. Home Depot sucks. The customer service is a joke. The people you work for will stab you in the back if it means getting ahead. Keep your mouth shut and no matter what you say to anyone just be sure it is "I love Home Depot, Home Depot is the greatest". It was so corrupt at the store I worked I quit because it was so much back stabbing. I thought they were my friends but don't trust anyone. I ended up going to Lowe's after. They have good people for the most part. They also give drug test in house. They swab your mouth and send it off to lab. You don't have to waste gas making a trip to a thrid-party site for the drug test.

call them might help. but home depot takes so long to get into. the one in my area doesn't even take calls when u are inquiring about a app and drug test. they may call you at the last min also

I would call them if i were you. That will let them know you really want the job. So yeah call them and good luck. =)

Call them or walk over. They would appreciate your assertiveness I'm sure. It is in your best interest to find out the details. Sometimes human resources people do the hiring and the supervisor of the dept takes over from there. You will want to find out who your supervisor is and get the details from him/her.

Sometimes things take a while at big companies. Call the person who interviewed you and ask if you are still being considered for the position. :) It will show that you are really interested. Good luck! :)
