Where did the Easter bunny come from?

Where and when did the Easter Bunny come from?

  • Ok we know about the Easter eggs and the basket but where and when the Easter Bunny come from and when did it start.

  • Answer:

The Easter bunny's origin is the old European hare that hibernates in holes during the winter and first appears in the early spring, around Easter time. It was part of the old pagan Eostre celebrations at spring equinox. Sources say that the Easter bunny is a pagan god of fertility. The Easter bunny is dead set upon destroying institutional Christianity everywhere. Those who eat its eggs turn into zombies (just like the people in Canada). Modern Christianity has been deceived into believing that its harmless to incorporate the bunny into its celebrations of Jesus' resurrection, but watch out. It is a dangerous and insidious enemy. Got to run.. there's an Easter egg hunt going on, then we all get to eat chocolate Easter eggs.... must eat pretty eggs... look at the colors! gasp! I'm turning into a zombie.
