Pope makes Easter plea for world peace?

I am not a catholic, but i have 'watched' the religion and been aware of the popes and their reign, if you will. This pope is seemingly, the first of his kind! He is a humble man, who is NOT utilizing all the hullabaloo of the past popes, (i.e. the limousines, servants and palatial dwellings) I believe Pope Francis is a planned change for this religion, with all the recent and past problems affecting the catholics! It is my hope that this pope will be a leader in the realm & idea of Jesus! After all, that is Who THE church is supposed to be representing, right? The Son of God, who left His heavenly home to save you & me from eternal damnation...not this world with all it's sham, drudgery and broken dreams! If i understand correctly, the Easter message from the pope is nothing new, however, the message this pope proclaimed is! World Peace has been the topic for decades, if not centuries! However, Pope Francis presents a new and refreshing delivery to this thought! My prayers are for Pope Francis' success in his endeavor to bring about a 'reformation' of sorts, to this ailing religion. For the catholics to return to the dedication to the Word of God . Hence, the truth, and not the covert actions they have evidenced throughout history....Amen.
