Under what conditions does Hexavalent CrOx form on NiChrome?

If I am an at-will employee, do I still have to follow "employment conditions" on a form I signed?

It would not be worth your time to tinker and make a big thing out of the 3-week provision vs the usual 2-week provision. After all, it would be (a) time consuming, (b) counterproductive, in the end, and (c) would not make your working conditions any better...

At will means that either one of you can terminate employment for any reason. As far as giving 3 weeks notice instead of 2 that's just an office policy it has nothing to do w/legality. The form you signed is more than likely just office procedures.
