depends on the job, you could say more hours but everyone says that you could say you want to work for that company or you want more tasks or something

I generally put that Im looking to further my career. Depends though, if for a different career, you could say to change your career. Ive also put things like end of contract, redundancy etc.

It's never good to leave a job before getting a new one.. It just looks like you don't really need the job if you do. You can always put that you weren't getting enough hours in, but still leaving before getting a new job isn't good.
