Is it legal to dock pay for?

It is legal for a company to dock your pay 3 3/4 hours for clocking out 1 hour early.?

    From your question, I would guess that you aren't getting the entire story I would guess that your husband forgot to clock back in after his meal break and when he did (or did) clock out early, that messed everything up. Yes, he needs to be paid for this time on his next check (there is not requirement to do a special check for him) He can be disciplined for not clocking properly and leaving early.
