I'm Russian Orthodox and Easter is this weekend. Stores don't sell egg dye anymore. Can I make my own?

Sure! I did mine with just vinegar and red dye. You can use colored fruits and vegetables. I found rolling my eggs around in mushed raspberries (I had a bag of frozen stuff that I thawed.) worked great for that rich red we like in the Eastern churches
