Is Easter Monday a big holiday in the USA, or are most people back at work? (I don't live in the USA)?

In New Hampshire noone celebrates it. We still have to go to school and most adults go to work. Friday a lot of people go to church though.

Well, businesses normally don't close on Easter, but EVERYONE (except Jehovah's Witnesses) celebrates it. Every single store will sport something "Eastery" during the Easter season. Also, Christian churches will celebrate and give sermons about it.

In the USA Easter is celebrated on Sunday so most go back to work the next day, however, we do have Good Friday (the Friday before Easter) and most take that day off.
