You're not suppose to just go to him, you're suppose to solve him. Click "Accept Anagram Sam" then you get a bunch of scrambled letters which you're suppose to unscramble to make a word related to marapets. It's super hard to do so use this site and it will unscramble it for you: http://www.jadeh.com/anagramsam.asp Once you've solved the puzzle, you're done with that level and you're given the next clue.
