How can I write an interview essay?

Is it ok for an Interviewee to write/bring an essay w/topics to touch on during interview?

On interviews, wear something that you feel comfortable of wearing for it will give a positive aura as well. Comfort in clothes could translate to ease in answering questions. You can bring some pointers or notes to the office but never bring them before the panelists or during the actual interview (once you face the interviewer). To feel confident, list down questions that might be relevant and practice by answering these questions at home and face a mirror while talking so that all would be set for the actual interview.
