  No, don't apply for those that want someone with more experience. You could try to get on with the government ~ Federal, State, or County. Just Google those, and look for entry level admin jobs. They have specific tests ~ like the Civil Service Exam for some Federal positions. If your skills are low in something, just brush up on those, then go take the tests. I also found this for you at the IRS http://jobs.irs.gov/student/administrative-clerical.html They also hire seasonal workers http://jobs.irs.gov/seasonal/locations.html I saw jobs on there with as little as 3 months exp OR high school diploma/GED! They may not be admin jobs ~ maybe clerical, but that's how to get started. If you can get a job with the government ~ even part time or seasonal or clerical, you have a good chance at a permanent job and getting promoted, and they have good pay, benefits, and perks.
