Im thinking of going for Administrative proffesional or Medical Office Assistant.

I did business administration and an ILEX legal secretaries course it helped me with my office jobs, they teach you touch typing too!

You do not need a degree or anything to be in the administrative field. I am a college drop out and I make 15.00 an hour/ Maryland, opening mail and filing. Yes that is all. You don't have to get any degree to get that job. Honestly, do not waste your time. You can just get a degree for dental assistant or something. Or X Ray.
