What kinds of office or clerk jobs can a high school graduate or a college student not graduated can apply for?

There is office clerk, and clerk-typist. These are jobs that can sometimes also be handled by high school graduates that haven't graduated from college programs yet. But look for a lot of the larger companies that have the more entry level roles, as a lot of times the smaller companies expect that you will have the training, as they usually on have the budget to hire a few people opposed to several of people to handle a particular job.

I think you should be able to go for an Administrative assistant job too, do not think you have many options if you do not have any qualifications, I work as an Administrative Officer and i am at the minute studying as i am working so i think this might be your best option. If you have good ICT skills and a general knowledge of what is required in this job then just go for different ones and im sure you will find what you are looking for :)
