    employers like some type of professional/management reference, which is easy to see why. i would personally have them as a professional reference, to get the job.

In the UK we rarely give out a list of references. If a company is interetsed they will always seek out references any way. You have provided a list (a good one) leave it there. I like the idea of two lists but I think that should be sufficient. Good luck on your interview
