    I work at McDonals in Canada, I dont know if you are in Canada or if you are somewhere else, but I will let you know what happens. The first interview is basically to get to know you as a person. Really play up your extra curriclulars, any volunteer experience, hobbies, and definitley your grades, this will let them know you are a hardworker. Bring a copy of your resume with you and if you do have, bring a sheet of paper with your references on it. The outfit you had picked out sounds good. Bring a pen, I had to fill out a survey. Its just to see if you are a good fit with the company, like it asks about teamwork and stuff like that. Just act really natural and have a postitive attitude. Questions to ask: What kinds of tasks will I get to do? Do I get to choose what I get trained on? What are the shifts like, how long, how many a week? Hopefully you get the job! Good luck!
