Probably not. You're permitted to work with a work permit, but there are still many rules and regulations surrounding employing under 18 year olds and especially under 16 year olds. Most places will overlook you entirely even if you can perform the job, because they don't want to go through the headache of complying with all those rules and regulations. Because you won't be allowed to do certain tasks, work certain hours, etc etc.
