Why do you want to work here? Have you ever had a job before? What is your biggest strength? What is your biggest weakness? Why should I hire you over everyone else? What school activities are you involved in? What other activities are you involved in/do you have a boy/girlfriend? (They want to make sure you will not be calling off all the time.) What is your availability like? (Especially for first jobs, you better have a close to completely open availability -- not counting school.
