Unless you have a Masters or PhD in science or engineering it's impossible. The only people who qualify for UK work visas are those who have a 'shortage occupation' which are certain medical, scientific and engineering specialties requiring an advanced degree. There are no visas for unskilled or semi skilled workers. Plus there is NO UK employer that would ever employ someone without a single face to face interview. So ANY time you are offered a job without ever interviewing at your employers place of business it's a scam.

In the U.K. there are eight people chasing every vacancy so finding a job may be difficult and could take years...you just have to keep trying....

And so on for the second part, First it depends on if you are a full Uk resident or if you have moved to the uk from India, if you where born here you have the right to work here, if you have moved here you need a full uk work visa Granting the right to work before even looking for work If you are untitled to work in the united kingdom them I'm afraid your going to have the same problems as most people trying to find work at the moment ..... there is hardly anything out there The best thing to do is apply to all the agencys in your local area and make a detailed C.V and hand it into every shop around. In this current economic melt down jobs are hard to come by, in England we have more able workers than jobs, more uni graduates who can't find work and more homeless people than we have ever had so its hard for everybody Hope this helps
