    From what I've heard, you interview with quite a few of their managers. Aside from looks, they want to make sure you are cut out for it personality-wise (or can at least fake it.)

Colourful and entertaining? A friend from 6th Form who might not be my friend these days once said looks always get the job. 3rd thing is, check out from people who actually work there, you know go in, try to quickly ask. My trying 9 says will you honestly please consider replacing 'Hooters' with an establishment/employer who/which doesn't put you in the midsts of potentially dangerous/drunk people and keeps you completely safe? xx
