A Job Interview at McDonald's?

McDonalds job interview, what questions do they ask?

  • I got a phonecall this morning to say i got an interview for McDonalds, Im extremely nervous as it is my first job interview.. has anyone been through an interview for McDonalds and ...show more

  • Answer:

What skills will you bring to the team? Why should we hire you? Tell me what you think your role will consist of? They may give you a scenario consisting of an upset customer and you need to say what you would do to resolve the situation... They may ask for a time that you were proud of a situation that you handled (whether in work or not).

They will look at your CV, see your inteerests, hobbies..Ask you why did you want to work here? Are you planning to work for them in the long run? What skills do you have? Are you good with customers? They may ask you questions about what to do in certain situations i.e a fire, customer complains How many hours will you work
