Has anyone ever had a group interview at Macy's recently?

I have a group interview at Mcdonalds, can anyone tell me what happens in a "group" interview?

  • and if anyone has had the experience of having an interview at Mcdonalds what happens next if I'm successful? Many thanks.

  • Answer:

It will be a general question and answer forum, involving whichever applicants that show up. The general idea being to recognize those who are extroverts, best trained for the front line, as opposed to those best assigned to fryer detail, or organizing the kitchen. It will basically be a weeding process, to see which applicants actually have a pulse. Some people will not get a job because they are not interested in the opportunity. Others will get better jobs based on their personalities and presentation of abilities.

Ok pretty much at McDonalds the only requirement they have is that you have a pulse. It is extremely easy to get a job there.During the group interview try to maintain eye contact and answer the questions to thier fullest.More than likely they will hire everyone at the interview as long as they do not have any serious felonys.
