How to increase my tips being a male waiter?

I work as a busser and the waiter is suppose to split tips, but she doesnt!?

    Don't bus her tables. Just don't help her at all and if she asks you to you should be like oh am I gonna get any money tonight? Thats probably not the most professional way to go about it, but I'd be mad if I were you. Most restaurants the tip-out is automatic just because of this reason.
