How can I get a job interview at 16?

I have a job interview with McDonald's on Monday. Any tips to get this job? I really want it! I'm 16, help?

    Some people do not believe that fast food jobs are very important and that anyone can do it. Trust me...after being a manager for 5 years NOT everyone can do it. You have to dress extremely nice, even if it is just for a fast food joint. That will show that you would take pride in your work and not just think of it as a paycheck. I am assuming that this is your first job. Turn school experiences into relevant experience for the job. Tell them how you do in math and ensure that you can do adding and subtracting. It is on the register, but the better you are at it the faster you are when you don't have to punch in the numbers and know the change. Also use experiences with class projects and public speaking. They want to make sure you are not afraid to talk to strangers and that you can be outgoing with the customers. Good luck!

Don't be nervous ! There is no reason to be. When I'm nervous for job interviews I always think of it as they are just people like me and were once sitting where I am at now. Just be yourself be CONFIDENT and smile alot. Also, if you do get the job. Work hard and take initiative. Your boss will always appriciate hard work and getting ahead of the game :) Good Luck & remember there is no reason what so ever to be nervous.
