Help with filling in my Starbucks Application form?

    The fact that Starbucks is going for employees like that, but are also going for minimum wage employees...there is only one answer to give that is honest, and is guaranteed to not get the job as well. "Mr. Interviewer, if Starbucks was concerned with world class service, would not a pay scale and training program to that end? You really want to know how much I will work for peanuts - what my work ethic is, and if it isn't developed enough so that you can take advantage of my good work ethic for cheap. You should be telling me what you expect, and how much you will reimburse me. Not asking me how little you can pay me to work hard."

Hi EDF, A good way of working out what your interview/application reader is looking for is to take a look at the Starbucks website. See what they are writing about themselves and how they see their business. Then duplicate the same messages in your application.
