If you're honest with your boss at mcdonalds, they will respect you and understand. Be sure to tell them about leaving at last two weeks I'm advance. If they are not cool with it, they are then the one being unprofessional. If you're really a hard worker, they should try to keep you around and be respectful if you choose to leave.

Just tell them the truth, coz theyre going to find out one day, maybe. Just say that u found a better offer, and that its closer to ur place (even if its not, just say that ) lol annd say that its easier for you to be there, then mcdonalds. they cant like force u to stay or sumthing... good luck :)
