A question about a job interview at subway?

Sandwich Artist at Subway- Interviewed in Bossier City, LA (Jul 2012 - took a day) I had an interview at subway as an sandwich artist, I was stressed, nervous, and a little shy at the time. I got there 30+ mins early and the manger greeted me with a happy face and said Hello, You must be Brendan. So after I introduced myself we sat down and She basically told me that she needs someone dependable and who will always pick up the phone when she calls (i guess they had problems with that) I told I could and she said I was hired. Sandwich Artist at Subway- Interviewed in Newark, DE (May 2012 - took 1 week) I applied on a Tuesday, got called for an interview Thursday. Had an interview Friday, very easy interview, asked simple questions such as, why subway?, what is your favorite sandwich?, availability and stuff like that. The manager was really nice. They said they would let me know by the end of the week. My phone broke so I called on a Monday, to give her another number. didn't hear anything so I called her on Friday and she said I was hired. I dressed nicely and went in there and applied and the manager interviewed me right there. The interview was kind of easy...just basic questions "when can you work" "do you have a reliable way to get here" "Do working with others scare you" etc...Over all very easy..I got a call about 3 days later asking me if i wanted to job. I accepted, but i quit after 6 weeks because the management IS TERRIBLE!! Interview Questions- Do you have a reliable form of transportation?

when i got my job i came to the interview, we talked for about 5 minutes, then they started talking about what i should wear and the rules. when it was over they handed me a uniform and some papers to fill out and told me to come back monday!

Why dont you ask them when they will be making the shortlist.
