Friend 2 - A sketch pad, journal, etc. This is a great way for her to put her creativity to work for her. Again, not very expensive. Friend 3 - Find a cool old Elvis movie for her. If she has them all, maybe a cool Elvis picture? Friend 4 - Tough one, no personality traits listed here... for this situation I would go with a gift card... I know yikes! Or, if you know her style maybe a cute scarf, hat, and gloves set? Accessories are a girls best friend! Well, some girls anyway. Brother - Well lets see... how is your relationship?
