How can I get a good job in HR?

Im 19 how can i get a job that pays $18/hr?

    Well go to monster.com and find some jobs also do little jobs like two you could make 20$ like work at a restraunt you can make 20 by serveing 4 people just counting the tips people usally give 5-10$ tips so make sure you treat them well and you will get $$$$!LOL ~Melissa~

This is going to depend on where you live more then anything. I agree with the others who have suggested working as a server, but that kind of money isn't always there depending on the area you live.

Well if you have never had an expierence you are outta luck. Go to the job center on your campus and talk with one of the counselors there. You will have to stat at the bottom but hopefully you will find something.

I would say get a job as a waiter, and do a very, very good job at it. Lousy waiter = lousy tips.
