How hard is it to get your RN Associates?

Can you get a job as an RN with an associates degree and be paid to go back to get your bachelors?

Some will but most hospitals don't hire anything but bsns because they want magnet status

The director of VA Hospital (Los Angeles) stated that they will pay for LVN to get their BSN (RN). There is no plan for what you've mentioned. If that is the case, you wil have to pay back (in time, i.e. you'd have to work for them for years).
