You can become an LPN in 18 months and an RN you have to go to school for 2 years. Also and RN can do a little more but will get paid thousands more. My advice it to just be an RN. I met an LPN that settled and told me it was her regret.

An LPN has a 2 year degree an RN has a Bachelor's Degree. So they most likely get paid more, have a higher certification, and are qualified to do more.
