To get accreditation a school must meet strict requirements that are shared by all other accredited schools. Therefore, if you have a choice, pick an accredited school so that you don't have to repeat courses, and spend more money, when you want to move forward in your career.

Definitely go to an accredited college. You can only transfer earned credits to a new college from an accredited school. It also looks way better when finding a job.
