    Administration degree. You work 8-5 Mon - Fri. Major Holidays off. More $ also. Nursing = 12 + hour shifts, working weekends, nights & every holiday. You also get to deal with the Dr.s & patient families. Nurses don't get paid enough.

I would shoot for the BSN in nursing, and then go back for the health admin degree. The reason is it would good look for you being trained as a nurse when your working in Health Admin field. You would have a better understanding about the feelings of the rank and file nurses on the floor and probably make better decisions.

you dont have to start preparing until you get into high school. but in the mean time you can volunteer at a hospital.
