How to get a job in the medical field with no degree?

How can I get a job with my Psychology degree and no experience in my field???

  I believe that working for the state is a fairly easy job to obtain.The need for social workers has to be high. I don't know were your from but most states have plenty of jobs for people like yourself. The other option would be to find a independent office and start your own business as you have the degree all you would need to do is open an office and do some marketing . I may be off here but I don't understand the point of college or wanting to go back if your unable to gain employment with your current degree .To me college is a waste but since you have your degree apply yourself and open a Psychology office and see people that need help. You can find health discount providers like Ameriplan and get on there list as a specialist and they will send you business. I may be missing the whole deal here but is there something else required to open your own office besides the degree you already have??
