The short answer is no. Even the personnel at the front desk has to have a degree in medical terminology or medical billing and coding. Custodial staff have to have training and experience on handling biohazardous waste. Some nursing homes allow people without health care experience to train as CNA's in exchange for a certain amount of work with them. In short, everyone in health care has to have a degree or training of some sort in order to work there. Best bet? Volunteer.
