Where I work, there is no difference at all for staff nurses. In some places its is less than $1/hr.

In most cases none. Some places such as VA medical centers pay more for a BSN. However, a BSN will give you more opportunities for different jobs down the road such as case management, Director of Nursing jobs, and other administration jobs, although MSN is preferred.
