What careers are in the business part of the medical field?

I want to go into the medical field but I dont want to take the biology and the anatomy classes. what health careers are out there that dont require me to take those classes?

Medical coding is huge right now, any general business class (business math, computer) with the medical coding, medical insurance is a plus. I'm in the medical field, never took a biology class or anatomy class. Did tests over the phone, it was wild the screen turn into the machine. Medical field is booming.
