    Regular associates degrees aren't very valuable unless they are a specialty degree, like an associates in business or computer science or nursing. Otherwise, you're really not any better off and yes you will likely have to get an entry level position unless you have other work experience.

I think you will have to settle for an entry position, as most people with a BA or BS have to settle for an entry position to start . I would recommend getting a job as a teller. You'll get good experience and the possibility for promotion is there. Start small to get big.
