Can you become an RN if you start out as a CNA?

Absolutely. Many schools have waiting lists for their nursing programs, so it's best to get your basics out of the way while on the waiting list. I'm doing the same.

It really depends if the job corp credits are transferrable. Will you be able to use them when you go to another college? Try talking to a counselor at your school to help you pick the right career path.

you will have to go to school for your RN.....i know some people that worked as cna's while they went to school for their RN.
