Chemical engineer or biomedical engineer as career choice?

I hate math and can't even do algebra, is software engineer a bad career choice?

    When you ask for other career suggestions for someone who loves computers, do you mean you love to USE them, or you love to figure out HOW they work? If it's using them you love, you could look into working on an IT help desk, helping other end users. If you're more into the techie side, you could investigate PC repair. Why not visit a technical college and see what they suggest.

You absolutely need to be good at math. That someone was an idiot. Ask anyone that has studied coding at a college level.

Go with the flow

They probably meant basic and common sense math skills, especially if the programs do all the math for you. I could be wrong and I don't know much about this field. But if you really want to do this as a career then I believe that somehow you will learn to understand math. It could just be the way some professors/teach teach it that make it difficult to understand, or you don't have enough resources. I'd consider a personal tutor though. Try everything you can before moving on to a different career. OR talk to a software engineer. Interview them and ask them questions.
