    Larger private hospitals have PR departments where press releases, marketing and informational docs and brochures are created. l had a friend who worked at a large local hospital doing the mar-com writing. They have information about special services, and the various departments, and any specialty procedures. They also have a person who writes the Website content.

admin or customer relations... i.e. clerk, customer relations, finance, marketing and so on.. i worked in a hospital once and it was too horrid!!

Only thing you can do that is in the hospital that you really don't need a certification or degree for is the basic entry-level jobs like reception, accounting and stuff like that...look at your local hospital daily for job openings those are the type of jobs that go super fast so check every morning.
