What's the difference between a NP and a RN?

Whats the difference between an RN who completed the RN program at a university vs an RN at a community colleg?

    The difference is two additional years of education for the BSN that includes nursing research, public health and leadership training. The BSN is better prepared academically to step into Master's programs and management positions. Yes, we all take the same test, get the same license, and (generally) make the same money.
