career development is the doctor. then you have the intern ship and learn things from the current staff and how to best approach life situations. that would be best. when I went to the doctor in 2005 for a general check up there was an intern. he wanted to mentor the person. you may want to pursue that approach best and if you meet a nice person will always sheppard you.
