    You may want to look into medical coding. However if you are currently working how about proposing to your current employer to work a few days a week at home. While you do have a good bad ground do your researching on any medical coding jobs-if it sounds too good to be true it probably is.

all of the other answers are good, and transcription or billing/coding might be a good option. you could talk to a temp/employment agency, they might be able to point you in the right direction or even give you some contacts. good luck.

There is company called Parameds that hire Retrieval Specialists to work from home. I have not worked for this company but have heard it is legitimate. From what I understand this job involves calling medical offices for paperwork that needs to be sent in for insurance claims. There is also a work at home website called Virtual Job Connection that has work from home jobs. I found a work at home job and didn't pay any fees. It would be hard for me to tell you the best work at home job because it all depends on your skills and what type of job you are looking to do.
