What jobs in medical field don't talk a lot or don't talk at all?

    Lab work would be a good one; you could start by being a lab assistant who prepares the samples for the scientists and work your way up. All hospitals need technicians to sterilise the various medical instruments and you don't need any qualifications for that. If you want to train or study for a qualification then you could be a bio-medical scientist who analyses samples or study for mortuary exams and work in the mortuary? There are plenty of behind the scene jobs where you'd only have to talk to colleagues and not patients or relatives so check out your local hospital vacancy list to see what's about.
