I would have said the accelerated program, but since your GPA is too low for that, I'd go for the Associates Degree at a local community college. Would be a great way for you to get your RN.

start with the pre reqs for the program. talk to a college advisor.

You could either take a few extra courses to boost your GPA above 3.0, otherwise I would just opt for the Associate's Degree route, which yes, can be done at a community college but some regular universities also offer an Associate's degree option.

Take A Test!

Contact a large Hospital Chain. They generally have schools of nursing. It doesn't matter what type college as long as they are usually connected to a Hospital. You are in a great City for it. Yellow pages under School of Nursing.... THINK!!!!
