  • Answer:

Becoming a RN 'nurse' is a wonderful career. There are many ways to become certified. I recommend the route that my girlfriend is going. She is attending a community college to receive her certification. It only takes two years after you have graduated from high school. Hope this helps and good luck...

Get your BSN, which is a 4 year degree that will take you at least 6 years because of clinical time. Nursing school is community college at the minimum. To prepare yourself now some recommendation I have would be to take any and every single science course you can in school and when you are old enough (like HS) work as a CENA....being in the healthcare environment will help you more than you ever know!

Many community colleges offer an RN program. Look into the colleges where you live and see which ones offer it. It is a two year program. Also, You can go to a university and pursue a BSN(BACHELORS OF SCIENCE IN NURSING)....

Make sure you do chemistry as part of your courses. When you make it to college or University you will need to complete a four year degree to be an RN. Good luck! :)
