How many years does it take of school to become Registerd Nurse?

In California for a AA degree in nursing will take you 2 years and a BS in NS 2 to 3 years depending in the college from but take in account that is a 2 to 3 years waitting list that goes into a lottery at the nursing programs in the colleges (total different story if you go into a private school) and from medical assistant you can become a LVN or LPN and jump into the special program that is either LVN or Phsyc Tech to RN program that few colleges have.

after you finish with the MA program you can go for NURSE you can do 2 years

In Canada you go to university to become a RN. To become a doctor you have to do an undergraduate degree (4 years) usually in pre-medicine or science and then 4 years in medical school (about) if you specialize it's more (OB/GYN would be considered a specialty)
