    In any field the easiest way to get a job without experience is to go in person. No matter how your resume looks someones will always look better so it's best to walk in introduce yourself and make an amazing first impression. know specifically what you want to do at the hospital and have specific reasons in your mind why you would be the best choice. Go to the HR department when they've only been opened for about half an hour so that there day is set up and going but there not stressed from all the people who have already come in. that's the most likely time to get them in a good mood. Show how passionate you are for the field and how wonderful you think there hospital is, as well as how much you could bring to it. Ask specifically when you can set up an interview with the department head. That way your not sitting around waiting for a phone call. Look up specific interview tips online to make sure you know how to act while your there. Remember face to face is much more memorable than anything they'll read on someone resume.

you wont know til you try.. apply for a CNA/PCA job or a clerking job and then move your way up... most of the time they dont require you to have exp when you apply for a CNA... half of the time they train you on the job... good luck!

you could go on a training course and they will send you on a work experience depends on what course you are doing e.g want to become a nurse or a doctor or related stuff its like a college you get paid and experieced aswell,

just study in a good pharma college and get some experience points. then you apply for a job in a hospital with the certificate that you have been trained under proper attention and passed them. then you will be able to get the job.

All you really need to do is to advertise to the hospital in your application your skill set as well as the fact that you have your CNA license. There is a real need for people in your field and you'll find that you will get hired a lot easier than you think. Share this sentence with their HR dept "im working at a nursing home for awhile. I really like it but working at a clinic has always been my dream..." That shows something pretty positive there.

Simply go and apply. If you've been working in a nursing home you've obtained some good experience. Make sure your attitude, employee attendance and references are in order. It shouldn't be a problem. a nurse.

Apply to a bunch of different hospitals, and until then, you are doing the right thing by gaining experience at the nursing home. Finding a job takes time, patience, and perseverance.
